Thank you for shopping with DewDose. We are committed to providing you with the best hydration experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please refer to the policy below regarding returns and refunds.

Returns You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Please note that flavor pods are considered consumable/hygiene products; they cannot be returned if the seal is broken unless the item is defective.

  • How to Initiate a Return: Please email us at mihkghgfb753@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our support team will respond within 48 hours with return instructions.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your item and inspect it, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Credit will be received within 5-7 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

  • Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Shipping Costs DewDose will cover the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item). For "change of mind" returns, the customer is responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us at mihkghgfb753@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a free replacement or issue a full refund immediately.
